48.161.581 ANA CAROLINA DA SILVA, owner of the Cora Mar Beachwear brand, with its registered address at Rua da Confiança, 108 - Americana/SP, Brazil, registered under CNPJ/MF No. 48.161.581/0001-70 (the “Merchant”), takes your privacy seriously and works to protect the data of all customers, partners, suppliers and users (“Users” or “you”) of “coramar.com.br” and any other website, store or application operated by the Merchant (collectively, the “Store”).

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we use and disclose information collected when you visit our Store and in messages exchanged with you (“Communications”). It applies only to information collected through the Store.

BY ACCESSING THE STORE, SENDING COMMUNICATIONS OR PROVIDING ANY PERSONAL DATA, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE TERMS SET OUT HERE AND AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH DESCRIBES THE PURPOSES AND METHODS OF PROCESSING THE PERSONAL DATA YOU PROVIDE IN THE STORE.

Definitions
1. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
  1. “Personal Data” means any information that directly or indirectly identifies, or could identify, a natural person, such as a name, CPF (Brazilian taxpayer identification number), date of birth or IP address;
  2. “Sensitive Personal Data” means information about a natural person revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, membership of a trade union or religious, philosophical or political organization, information about health or sex life, or genetic or biometric data;
  3. “Processing of Personal Data” means any operation performed on Personal Data, by automated means or otherwise, including collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, making available, alignment, combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. It also includes any other operation provided for under applicable law;
  4. “Data Protection Laws” means all laws governing the Processing of Personal Data, including, without limitation, Brazilian Law No. 13,709/18, the General Personal Data Protection Law (“LGPD”).
Use of Personal Data
1. We collect and use Personal Data to manage our relationship with you, serve you when you buy products or services from the Store, and personalize and improve your experience. Examples include:
  1. Enabling you to buy products or services from the Store;
  2. Confirming or correcting the information we hold about you;
  3. Sending information we believe may interest you;
  4. Personalizing your experience in the Store;
  5. Personalizing advertising sent to you based on your interests in our Store; and
  6. Contacting you using a telephone number or email address you provide. We may contact you in person, by voice message, automated dialing equipment, text message (SMS), email or any other communication method your device can receive, in accordance with the law and for reasonable business purposes.

We may also use Personal Data you provide when we consider it necessary or appropriate: (a) under Data Protection Laws; (b) to respond to legal proceedings; (c) to comply with court orders, regulatory decisions or decisions of competent authorities, including authorities outside your country of residence; (d) to protect our operations; (e) to protect our rights, privacy and security, or yours or those of others; (f) to detect and prevent fraud; (g) to pursue available remedies or limit damages we may sustain; and (h) in other ways permitted by law.
  THE PLATFORM IS NOT INTENDED FOR PEOPLE UNDER 18 (EIGHTEEN) YEARS OF AGE. WE ASK THEM NOT TO PROVIDE US WITH ANY PERSONAL DATA.
If you do not provide Personal Data
1. You are not required to share the Personal Data we request. However, if you choose not to share it, we may in some cases be unable to provide full access to the Store or certain features, offer necessary assistance, deliver a product or provide a service you have purchased.
Data we collect
1. Anyone can browse the Store without registering or submitting Personal Data. Some features, however, may require registration and Personal Data, for example to complete a purchase or service agreement and arrange product delivery or service provision.
2. When you contact the Store, we may collect:
  1. Contact information: first and last name, telephone number, city, state and email address; and
  2. Information you submit through forms, such as questions, complaints, suggestions, criticism or compliments.

4. We do not collect Sensitive Personal Data.
Sharing Personal Data with third parties
1. We may share your Personal Data:
  1. With partner companies to which you choose to send your data, questions or inquiries, and with service providers or partners that manage or support aspects of our business operations on our behalf. They may be located in the United States, Argentina, Brazil or elsewhere and may include hosting and data storage services, fraud management, customer support, sales on our behalf, order fulfillment, content personalization, advertising and marketing (including personalized digital advertising), and IT services;
  2. With third parties that help us manage the Store; and
  3. With third parties in the event of a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment or transfer of all or part of our company, assets or capital, including bankruptcy or similar proceedings.
International data transfers
1. Personal Data and other information we collect may be transferred to or accessed by entities within the corporate groups of partner companies around the world in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Automatic collection of Personal Data
1. When you visit the Store, it may store or retrieve information in your browser using cookies and similar technologies. This information may relate to you, your preferences or your device and is primarily used to make the Store work as you expect. It generally does not identify you directly but may provide a more personalized online experience.
2. Under this Privacy Policy, we and our third-party service providers may collect your Personal Data in various ways, including:

  4. We may hire behavioral advertising companies to obtain reports about the Store's advertisements across the internet. They use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Store and third-party sites. We are not responsible for technologies used by third parties. User rights
1. You may request at any time: (i) confirmation that your Personal Data is being processed; (ii) access to your Personal Data; (iii) correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; (iv) anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data or data processed contrary to the law; (v) portability of Personal Data to another service provider, provided this does not affect our industrial or trade secrets; (vi) deletion of Personal Data processed with your consent, to the extent permitted by law; (vii) information about the entities with which your Personal Data has been shared; (viii) information about the possibility of withholding consent and the consequences of doing so; and (ix) withdrawal of consent. We will handle requests with special care to protect your rights. We may ask you to verify your identity so that Personal Data is shared only with its owner.
2. In some cases, for example because of legal requirements, your request may not be fulfilled immediately, or we may be unable to fulfill it.
Personal Data security
1. We seek to adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures under Data Protection Laws to protect Personal Data in our organization. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. 1. The Store may from time to time contain links to the websites of partners, advertisers or suppliers. Each site has its own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their policies. Please review them before submitting Personal Data to those sites.
2. We are not responsible for the collection, use or disclosure practices, including data protection practices, of organizations such as Facebook, Apple, Google or Microsoft, software developers, application providers, social networks, operating systems, wireless internet providers or device manufacturers. This includes Personal Data you disclose to them through applications or on our social media pages. We recommend reading the privacy policy of each site or service you use.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
1. If we change this Privacy Policy, we will post the new text in the Store with an updated revision date. We may change it at any time. If there is a significant change, we may notify you using the contact details we hold or through a notice in the Store.
2. We are committed not to processing your Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes described above, unless required by law or a court order.
3. Your use of the Store after changes means you accept the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree after reading it, please stop accessing the Store.
