RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For online orders delivered in Brazil, Article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code allows you to withdraw from a purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, without giving a reason.

Request this through our returns portal or email [email protected] with your order number. Cora Mar will provide return instructions at no cost to you and refund the amounts paid, including original shipping, under Brazilian law. Opening the package to inspect the item alone does not remove this right.

For orders delivered in the United States, Cora Mar also offers a voluntary exchange or return request within 10 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Exchanges and Returns policy. See that page for full terms, including other international destinations.
